Daal (Lentil Soup)

You can prepare Daal (Lentil Soup) within short time of about 15 minutes. Here is a simple recipe of how to make Nepalese Daal (Lentil Soup).
Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
1 tablespoon ghee or butter
½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Salt to taste
Optional:
3 tablespoon onions (chopped)
2 tablespoon tomatoes (chopped)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garlic paste
